Company History

AMP Performance Rehab was founded in 2021 after a personal journey that reshaped how we think about rehab. Our founder battled a significant injury and spent years bouncing between professionals who didn’t listen, didn’t understand his goals, and didn’t have the tools to get him back to running and training. The frustration was real and it was the same story echoed by countless patients.

That gap became our mission.

AMP was created to bridge the space between traditional rehab and true performance. What started as a one-person practice has grown into a team of full-time PTs, supported by dedicated marketing and sales professionals, united around one mission: helping athletes, active adults, and post-op patients return not just to baseline, but stronger than before.

We deliver 1-on-1, performance-based care in a clinic-gym hybrid setting, blending manual therapy, rehab and strength & conditioning principles. Our patients are motivated and engaged athletes and active adults who want more than cookie-cutter PT.

Looking ahead, our focus is clear: optimize our flagship location with a team of A-players who thrive in a high-performance, growth-minded culture. With that foundation, we’re positioned to expand and become the go-to rehab and performance team in North Jersey.
