RecoverRx Physical Therapy is hiring a Full-Time Performance-Based Physical Therapist to join our expanding team. We’re looking for someone with 1–2+ years of orthopedic experience in an outpatient setting who’s confident, growth-oriented, and excited to make a bigger impact. Bonus if you have pelvic health experience or are interested in developing that skillset!

What You'll Do:
Deliver 1-on-1 care to active adults, athletes, and active moms in a gym-based setting
Design and implement performance-based rehab plans
Treat a mix of orthopedic, post-op, and sports injuries
Option to treat pelvic health patients, if desired
Lead workshops, attend community events, and grow referral networks
Contribute to educational content, marketing efforts, and social engagement
Participate in weekly team meetings and case collaboration
Requirements
Who We’re Looking For:
DPT, licensed in Illinois
1–2+ years of orthopedic outpatient experienceSkilled in exercise prescription, strength training, and manual therapy
Bonus: Pelvic Health experience or willingness to train in this area
Confident, reliable, collaborative, and results-focused
Passion for treating the active adult and athlete population
