Looking for passionate golfers to join the Callaway Golf team for the 2023 golf season during product fitting events throughout the Memphis and Northern Mississippi Territory! This includes Memphis, Northern Mississippi, and Jonesboro areas. We have positions for once a week fitters up to full time seasonal fitters.

As a Callaway performance fitter you will be responsible for facilitating a great customer experience at local events from start to finish and building enthusiasm for our company's products. During the event, you will educate consumers on the features, advantages and benefits of Callaway Golf and Odyssey products in a positive and engaging manner. You will use the latest launch monitor technology and custom club components to drive performance for consumers. You will interact with the facility staff at each event and you will also provide personalized product specifications to consumers.

Experience Required

Great people skills are a must. We will train on all aspects of golf club performance and use of launch monitors.

Geographic knowledge of the Memphis/Mid South area is also helpful.

Essential Responsibilities

This is a part-time, seasonal position with Callaway Golf. The Callaway Custom Fitter must be available for weekday and weekend events during the golf season. The typical event day is 5-6 hours on a Saturday or Sunday or evenings during the week.

A valid driver's license and appropriate insurance are required for this position and your driver's record must meet authorized driver criteria for the company. Candidates need to have a vehicle large enough to carry 15-20 golf bags and a display tent; a SUV or Minivan is optimal. Must be able to carry product and equipment weighing approximately 60 lbs.
