Job Description:
This job is responsible for developing and delivering complex requirements to accomplish business goals. Key responsibilities of the job include ensuring that software is developed to meet functional, non-functional and compliance requirements, coding solutions, unit testing, and ensuring the solution can be integrated successfully into the overall application/system with clear, robust, and well-tested interfaces. Job expectations include an awareness of development and testing practices in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Codes solutions and unit test to deliver a requirement/story per the defined acceptance criteria and compliance requirements
- Utilizes multiple architectural components (across data, application, business) in design and development of client requirements
- Performs Continuous Integration and Continuous Development (CI-CD) activities
- Contributes to story refinement and definition of requirements
- Participates in estimating work necessary to realize a story/requirement through the delivery lifecycle
- Contributes to existing test suites (integration, regression, performance), analyze test reports, identify any test issues/errors, and triage the underlying cause
- Performs spike/proof of concept as necessary to mitigate risk or implement new ideas
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of job related experience required .
- Design, develop, prototype, and maintain enterprise-facing native iOS applications for iPad (some apps host web applications while others are completely native)
- Participate in full app SDLC: assisting in concept, design, development, test, deploy and release via Mobile Device Management (MDM) solution.
- MUST have experience working with iOS mobile application technologies (Swift/SwiftUI, UIKit) developing in Xcode.
- MUST have experience working with Git (Bitbucket or GitHub).
- MUST display the practice of staying up to date on the latest iOS, SwiftUI, and Xcode changes with each WWDC event.
- MUST have a working understanding of design patterns, Swift Concurrency, Async/Await, Dependency Injection, and building modular code bases.
- You WILL work with product teams on new product ideas, designs, prototypes, and estimates.
- You WILL maintain a best practices approach to the continuous improvement of our products, processes, and tools.
- You WILL write and maintain documentation for all features in development.
Desired Qualifications
- High performance and standards as demonstrated by academic or previous job experience.
- Experience working in the Financial Industry.
- Understanding of PCI/DSS compliance requirements.
- Understanding of Mobile Application Security best practices.
- Experience working with Git in a team environment.
- Communicates clearly and logically in written and spoken English, effectively collaborating with both non-technical and technical team members.
- Motivated self-starter with a high attention to detail.
