What You'll Do:

• Build and optimize scalable systems for real-time trading monitoring, reporting, and operations.
• Work directly with quant researchers and portfolio managers to troubleshoot, automate workflows, and reduce operational risk.
• Own the reliability of trading infrastructure-think DevOps meets quant support-ensuring smooth execution across global markets.
• Develop in Python, manage Linux-based environments, and leverage relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).

Ideal candidate:

• A skilled Python engineer with 3+ years of experience-comfortable writing clean, maintainable code.
• A strong communicator-happy to face off with systematic trading desks in a DevOps/Support-style role.
• Proactive and detail-oriented-able to diagnose issues, optimize processes, and improve system resilience.
• Bonus: Experience with low-latency trading, financial data, Kafka, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), or CI/CD pipelines.
