Home of our product development is the Products & Engineering department, which consists of 15 cross-functional product teams across 3 product domains, working in an agile environment.

Now, we're opening a new chapter: With a new product team we will build one of the core pillars of the Community of Trust. For this we are looking for a Senior Product Manager (f/m/d), who thrives in a creative, fast-changing environment, is not afraid of bold bets, and is excited to shape the future of Trusted Shops.

Your Key Responsibilities as Senior Product Manager (f/m/d):

• Create something new: You will be responsible for defining, building, and launching a core product - with direct and lasting impact. You will take early foundations and guide them into a clear, scalable product.

• Customer-centric foundation: You continuously seek out and amplify the voice of our customer, ensuring user needs remain central to every decision.

• Collaborate to amplify impact: Together with other Product Managers, engineers, designers, and business stakeholders, you will shape not only your product but also the future direction of the entire product portfolio.

• Strategic alignment: You ensure strong collaboration with the Group Product Manager and C-Level leadership, balancing visionary direction with pragmatic execution.

Your profile

• Proven experience as a Product Manager (senior level) with responsibility for launching new products or business-critical features.
• A builder's mindset: you're not just iterating - you've shown you can take a product from zero to one, or from concept to market launch.
• Comfort with ambiguity and change: you thrive in environments where not everything is defined yet.
• Strong strategic thinking, combined with the ability to execute and deliver value step by step.
• A growth mindset: curiosity, resilience, and the courage to challenge the status quo.
• Excellent communication skills in English (German is a plus), and stakeholder management skills in a cross-functional, international environment.
• You stay focused on the big goals, and go the extra mile to bring everyone there
• You drive good decisions, also through assisting others to reach one

Senior Product Designer

As a Senior Product Designer, I work as part of the Advertising Product team. Together, we get to make most of the critical decisions about our products and enjoy plenty of freedom in the way we shape our roadmap.

My daily work never gets boring and always looks different depending on what phase of a project we are working on: in the discovery phase, I take care of the user research and data collection that will inform our decisions. In the conceptual phase, I deliver the user journey and the wireframes before moving to the more final graphic design. Finally, I also drive the user testing rounds or customer interviews to validate our new releases and establish the next UX improvements.

Every step of the way, I can rely on our in-house UX team to help me organise workshops, get feedback or support me with more advanced graphic tasks, such as illustrations and animations. Among the many excellent reasons to join Trusted Shops, the amazing UX team and our great diversity of profiles and colourful personalities would probably be my number one!
