Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain the Python library/framework that researchers use to perform research and develop trading strategies.
• Build and refine pipelines for submitting, backtesting, and validating strategies for production trading.
• Design and optimize platforms for running strategies in production, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Ensure efficiency and quality through CI/DevOps practices and advanced tooling.
• Write and maintain user-facing documentation and provide excellent support to internal users.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in Python, ideally integrating Python libraries and platform tooling.
• Knowledge in the financial industry is a must.
• Hands-on CI/DevOps experience is nice to have.
• Proficiency in Rust/C is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
