What You’ll Do
- Provide personalized, 1on1 care using manual therapy, movement assessment, and strengthbased rehab
- Build treatment plans that bridge rehab to performance
- Collaborate with coaches, trainers, and community partners
- Engage in weekly team development and contribute to AMP’s clinical growth
- Participate in community events, content creation, or student mentorship (optional)
Who You Are
- Physical Therapist (licensed or licenseeligible in NJ)
- 0–3 years of experience (new grads encouraged)
- Passionate about working with athletes and active adults
- Frustrated by low standards, complacency, and volumebased care
- Eager to learn, grow, and work with a team that pushes you to level up

Requirements
Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT)
NJ PT license (active or eligible)
Live within a commutable distance of Chester, NJ
