Job summary

Caceis Bank S.A., Germany Branch is looking for an IT Business Analyst in one of the following areas: market connectivity, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, holdings of securities, client reporting and tax.

As an IT Business Analyst, your main missions will be:

• Understanding of business requirements, functional conception, test description and execution of system test
• Technical coordination and evaluation of technical implementations
• Experience in IT project management / sub-project management
• Analysis, coordination and documentation of processes and requirements
• Support of the departments in the functional and technical problem analysis in day-to-day business

Candidate criteria

Minimal education level
Bachelor Degree / BSc Degree or equivalent

Academic qualification / Speciality

Completed studies in economics or computer science a comparable education (apprenticeship in Banking)

Level of minimal experience
3-5 years

Experience

• Good knowledge in the management of IT changes / IT projects - (agile / waterfall)
• Experience in minimum one of the following areas: market connectivity, clearing, settlement, corporate actions, holdings of securities, client reporting and tax
• Experience in customer communication
• Experience in process and quality management

Required skills

• High level of IT solution orientation and strong analytical skills
• Strong customer orientation and excellent communication skills
• Stress stability / resilience, ability to represent the company
• Ability to deal with conflicts, ability to work in a team and team orientation, reliability

Technical skills required

• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
• Jira
• Knowledge of Java and/oder Mainframe would be a plus
