To Be Successful in This Role, Your Skills and Experience Should Include

• Proven experience with React.js, Next.js, Node.js and GraphQL in production environments.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent communication skills for effective team and stakeholder engagement.
• Experience in the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is a plus.
• A proactive mindset towards learning and skill enhancement.
• Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently in a hybrid work setting.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality software.
