DevSecOps Engineer

We are seeking a DevSecOps Engineer to join a growing team focused on secure, scalable development operations. This role involves designing secure CI/CD pipelines, automating infrastructure with Terraform, and embedding security throughout the software development lifecycle-particularly within Azure DevOps environments.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain YAML-based Azure DevOps pipelines for secure, automated deployments
• Define and document pipeline-as-code standards and best practices
• Create and manage Terraform scripts for infrastructure provisioning and updates
• Write PowerShell and Bash scripts to automate Azure DevOps tasks
• Integrate unit testing, code coverage (Coverlet), and static analysis tools (SonarQube) into the CI/CD lifecycle
• Automate and enforce system configurations across environments
• Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure compliance with PCI-DSS, SOC 2, and ISO 27001

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps or DevSecOps roles
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps and YAML pipelines
• Proficiency in Terraform, PowerShell, and Bash scripting
• Experience with unit testing, code coverage, and static analysis tools
• Solid understanding of CI/CD best practices and cloud-native security
• Familiarity with financial compliance standards and secure SDLC principles

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a regulated fintech environment
• Certifications such as Microsoft Certified: DevOps Engineer Expert, Terraform Associate, or Certified DevSecOps Professional
• Knowledge of Zero Trust Architecture, secure API development, and secrets management
